Contemporary Dance Workshop

A dynamic and energetic contemporary workshop that will include a warm-up of floorwork, release work, and full-bodied phrases of movement. We will explore creatively how we make shows here at Róisín Whelan Dance by partaking in creative tasks which mimic our process of creation while also touching on some repertoire from our most recent show ‘The Galaxy of Occupations, which is premiering at the Tipperary Dance Festival in October of this year. The workshop will be a fun, joyous and challenging occasion regardless of level or previous dance experience.
